I'm writing this article to highlight some intermittent fasting results and success stories from those that have tried it and seen the weight loss benefits.
Intermittent Fasting Results- What Can You Expect:
In short, if you follow a basic intermittent fasting plan consistently you can expect to see significant weight loss. That's the benefits, and one of the most common results that people are seeking when they try intermittent fasting for the first time.

And one great thing about intermittent fasting is that it makes results easy to achieve, because it's so simple to follow.
No calorie counting, no eating weird meals or having to say "No" to certain foods because they don't fit your special diet.
All you have to do is eat all of your food each day within your 8 hour window, and then stop eating for 16 hours of fasting.
Then schedule the rest of your life around this, and your routine is in place. You can work out in the morning, then have your first meal at approximately noon or 1PM. This is one of the most common intermittent fasting plans that will definitely deliver results for those that stick with it.

This video is a good example of the results you can get by sticking to the plan. This guy took a photo periodically throughout his intermittent fasting journey. The results are undeniable, and it's nice to see some in between progress pictures instead of just a before and after. Good job on this video and on the impressive results!
He was already in pretty average shape before beginning this challenge though. At least average for most non athletes and non bodybuilders. So let's look at a more extreme example of the results you can achieve with intermittent fasting. A true success story of somebody who started in far worse shape.
This woman really made amazing progress with 6 months of intermittent fasting, from a significant amount of stomach fat and bodyfat overall to a much slimmer body from stomach to arms and everywhere in between.
Finally let's take a look at one more example of an intermittent fasting success story. Take a look at how this guy took his physique to a pretty impressive level in terms of low bodyfat and lean muscle mass, with intermittent fasting.
The video suggests he's far from done (most bodybuilders are never satisfied with the results they've achieved... always strive for more!), but what he did accomplish in a relatively short period of time with intermittent fasting is very impressive and shows how effective this type of diet plan can be.
